Nika opened her Curious Captures Fine Art physical Studio on June 10, 2023. Many people gathered to celebrate the new space that serves as both a photo studio and an exhibition space at 156 Glebemount Ave in Toronto. "Paradox" is a comedic sci-fi short film, written and directed by Nika, shot during the DGC's Virtual Production Workshop, in partnership with Pixomondo, W.F. Whites, IATSE 873 & 667 local unions. I'm delighted I got to direct two episodes of the one hour crime docuseries "Fear Thy Neighbor" in May of 2022. There were stunts, animals and many more exciting things to work with. The cast and crew were very passionate and even wrote in my mother tongue on the slate (saying "Hi Nika"). Watch these tv series based on real events on Crave or CTV (in Canada) and Discovery elsewhere. My episodes are expected to come out in autumn of 2022.
