 It all started when my friend Sergei Wild showed me few of his handmade dolls and left 2 of them at my house. At first I was horrified of them and couldn't even touch them for nearly 2 months! But one morning I suddenly realized, that they are not evil. It's not their fault they're so ugly. So I created a series of photographs with them on the ice. Since than my fears went away. To express my new feelings towards these poor ugly dolls, I've created two short films.
